Companionship
We are very aware of loneliness and the distress it can cause especially during the difficult times of the Coronavirus pandemic. We are here to provide company via means of a chat and a cup of tea, happy to engage in activities (games, jigsaws and going for long strolls).
Domestic Duties
We provide personalised options for you. Please note you will need to supply products and the tools needed to complete the tasks involved. This can be from once a week to 3 times a week. Domestic support is normally carried out in the afternoons between the hours of 1pm - 5pm.
Sitting Service
Our team can sit with you whilst other family members can not be present. This will however need to be arranged in advance via one of our contact methods. We have a friendly team onboard willing to assist you.
Laundry
Options by Michelle offers a laundry and ironing service that helps you check even more items off your to-do list. We’ll make sure that 'doing the laundry' and the 'mountain of ironing' doesn’t feel like a chore. We’ll deliver your fresh laundry and pressed clothes to you and this will give you more time to focus on the important things in life. Please contact us for more details.
Handyman Services
We have several handyman contacts available that work with us to help you meet all your requirements. There service is bookable by appointment and our prices vary by task.
Shopping
Shopping will be carried out at a supermarket of your choice. We offer a same day service. Payment must be available prior to shopping trip. A reciept will be produced which you will be asked to sign on return. Any car park fees will be paid by the client on proof of ticket. We can also help with ordering of meals over the phone i.e. Wiltshire farm etc.
Accompany to Appointments
This service needs to be arranged at least a week before. We are happy to accompany on any public transport/taxi but unable to carry passengers in our own private vehicles. An alternative is for us to meet you at your appointment, again parking charges will need to be settled by the client.
